Complete Lack of Legal Assistance from the California Teachers Association

Isn't the following letter, from Beverly Tucker, Associate Executive Director and Chief Counsel of the California Teachers Association helpful? Tucker was aware that Bill Ribblett did nothing about this (and other) matters. Not only that, but all of the highest ranking CTA officials (listed below) were aware of the situation provided no assistance:

• Carolyn Doggett - Executive Director, California Teachers Association
• Wayne Johnson - Current President (2000), California Teachers Association
• Lois Tinson, Immediate Past President, California Teachers Association
• Barbara Kerr - Current Vice President (2000), California Teachers Association
• Bill Ribblett, CTA/NEA High Desert Service Council Representative - Read his sarcastic letter concerning this incident. Then look at the petition, signed by Lomitas Elementary School Teachers, asking for him (as CTA's/NEA's official representative) to do something about the situation. Again, no help was provided.
