FERPA
« on: February 12, 2009, 10:00:53 AM »
I filed a complaint with FERPA one year ago. I received a form letter stating that they were backlogged and nothing else. The school had refused to allow me to see my son's disciplinary records which were falsified sent to Family Court.

Have you heard anything yet? The Family Policy Compliance Office is notorious for refusing to enforce the law and the courts can't (won't) compel them to enforce the law.
