In the Middletown, Conn.

It has been deliberately said yesterday that "If the Judicial Branch's own recommendations to make the court system more accessible to the public are to become accepted practice, they will require the support of the state's approximately 185 judges.

As for this statement, there is an access to the people if this proposals is bringout to the open air.  If, the state's agree with this kind of proposals there would be any problem in legalizing this proposals. As also been raised, I have seen on T.V. that cameras in court is also prone to educate the public, and been a great help.
